Frame/studs: Planed pine, spaced at 50cm intervals.
Roofing: Bitumen-polymer membrane.
Windows: 3mm acrylic (Plexiglass).

Optional Extras
- Reinforced floor: +$150/m². Instead of timber-effect cladding, 35mm thick floorboards can be used. The standard timber-effect cladding supports a load of up to 90kg; if you weigh more than that or plan to store heavy items, reinforcing the floor is recommended!
- On-site assembly: +$250/m². All sheds are supplied as prefabricated panels for easy transport. Assembly can be done by the customer or by our installation team.
- Painting and sanding: +$120/m². The timber-effect cladding and planed lumber have a neat, clean appearance. However, if applying paint or wood stain, light sanding is required, followed by two coats of finish. The price covers materials and labor for one side of the surface.
- Packaging (corrugated cardboard & stretch wrap): +$90/m².
Carriers will require the cargo to be packaged for transport within Ukraine.* The estimated delivery cost for utility sheds is $450 per m² (for sizes up to 8 m²). For larger units, it is worth looking for a backload (shared transport) option.
** The foundation is not included in the price. Concrete blocks, a concrete slab, or a timber frame can be used as a base.
