Delivery
1. Self-pickup. Available for products stocked at regional branches.
2. Local city delivery. Usually takes place on the next business day after the order is placed. Depending on volume, the cost is typically 150–250 USD.
3. Regional delivery. Most products stocked at regional branches are available for delivery within the region and to nearby cities. A list of regional branches for each product can be found in the product categories. Delivery is carried out using our own vehicles according to a fixed delivery schedule.
4. Delivery across US. If the product you are interested in is unavailable in your region or located too far away, we will arrange prompt shipping via major carriers such as Nova Poshta, Delivery, or Meest Express. A manager can calculate the delivery cost when you place your order. The average delivery cost is usually 6–12 USD per kg of product. For large volumes, we use back-haul transport, which can reduce the cost to 2–3 USD per kg. Free delivery via Meest Express is available for orders totaling 5,000 USD or more.
Payment
- Cash on delivery (COD) at the transport company's branch.
- Payment via Visa/MasterCard, or online banking services such as Privat24 or Monobank.
- Bank transfer (non-cash payment) including VAT.
- Prepayment. Some orders for delivery across US may require a 10% prepayment of the total amount. For special-order items and custom-cut products (linoleum, carpeting, cable, etc.), the prepayment amount is typically 10–30%.
