If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

To process a return:

1. do not use the item and do not remove the tags;
2. keep your proof of purchase (receipt);
3. contact a manager to arrange the return.

Please note! Certain items are non-returnable, in accordance with the Resolution, regarding the implementation of specific provisions of the Law of US "On Consumer Rights Protection":

• carpeting sold by the linear meter
• aerosol products
• linear and sheet metal products
• pipe products
• lumber
• linear molding products (skirting boards, door casings)
• panel materials (fiberboard, etc.)
• glass products
• items cut or sized to specific dimensions
• custom-ordered items (configured specifically for the customer).
